I think you should create new areas for the forum.
For example, real life things, like an area off-topic, can an area of arts (ex:photoshop art), and a play area.

And i think the area "image" should be renamed to Screenshot.

Ah, and please, copy the news of tibia.com and post here xD

Alright, thank you for your ideas. I changed few things:
Rules are now available on forum as announcement.
I created new photo album - FanArt where you can submit your own works.
Two new forum categories are also available. Don't worry, I will paste news from Tibia.com here.
The last issue - post delete: You may not do it :p

Hello, I have another ideas.

1. The administrator could not have a nickname with a different color? (e.g: red). To differentiate it from normal user.

2. There is no way to add a mini-profile below the avatar?
e.g:
Name of character (tibia)
Level
Vocation
World
Guild
etc...

For now is this ^^

You can do something like "Be a millioner" but other name like "Be the best jester" and do there only funny questions. It could be 1 time a week and win a little prize, 1 lvl here or some special things under of ur name:P

These things could be used for one year, but because of this contest is used in 1 month. You could remove everything and then posting, slowly, so by the end of the year will always have new stuff uploaded every day.
