@ppl that are accusing me of plagiarism: I didn´t copy anything, the ideas were mine, and the drawings too, they were made from a blank document, they were scratched, and it took a long time to design it, paint it, and think about it. Of course i used some inspiration of cipsoft artwork and LiDao, which are works that i admire, but that does not mean that it was plagiarism, it was just simple references, mainly on anatomy. I can make the upload of the psd files. My work is valid

There is a big difference between using an artwork as inspiration and doing a very poorly copy of the original one. If you google "plagiarism art" Just check what you will get!



Now comparing your piece to Lidao's or cip's you can clearly see you just copied those! I believe the Carnivore Plant deserves to win first place no doubt. I'm not doing this because I want to win, I never even posted the artwork I did for the contest, for the same reason why I'm posting this. I'm sick of taking part on contests that give awards to people who don't deserve.

Also what I gotta say about give grim reaper pic 2nd place have no sense for me. I mean, a couple of hours ago was the super mario/pokemon plagiarism who got the second price, and torn teddy was on 3rd price. So how it is possible to get another one as a 2nd place? If you ranked torn teddy after your lovely carnivor plant, Torn teddy now should be on second place, 'cause why wasn't grim reaper at 3rd place? THIS CONTEST SEEMS TOTALLY TRICKED BY ADMINISTRATORS!

For Example:

Application - 90 or less(94 replies in thread, at least 4 were wrote by you so they are not applications)

Also, not everyone should get a ticket.

I didn't find a right place to post this, but why is my warn level 2? What wrong have a done? Are we not allowed free speech? Did I offend someone? The one being unreasonable here isn't me! It's sad seeing contests being held this way. I don't want to accuse the fansite administrator of anything. What I did in this thread was to try straighten things up! So YOU wouldn't look bad. This is your fansite and your reputation and not only in my eyes (as we can see MANY complains) this contest was weird and badly handed. Plus you shouldnt treat accusations made my members in such a childish way. Many people put alot of effort in this contest and the least they want is to be treated with respect.

Everybody is allowed to give your opinions since it be in a constructive way. What some people trying to do is to make bad advertisements about me or the fansite, and as adm I can't tolerate it. I don't make the things alone, have a team behind me that is envolved and together with cipsoft. I'm only the person who is infront to give the clarification. With that, I know that some people may think that the things done was made only by me, since I'm the only one who is talking. For the ppl who got warnings the reason are: spamming, making bad advertisements about the fansite or a person. The rules that we have on fansite are the same of Tibia.com.
The results will continue. The only thing that may change will be the 3rd place on the "Best friend" contest.

And Kariel, it may seem people are being mean to you specifically...but as you said, you are the face of the fansite. It is your job to take the abuse and the feedback with a smile and deal with it the best you can. I don't see Mirade etc complaining because people don't like something on Tibia. I'm just waiting the answers of 1 judge to make a new change.
I already join contests that after the results, It was proved the some of the winners used photoshop, illegal things that for the contests was not allowed. And you know what the admin did? Nothing, just ignore all, didn't reply and closed the thread, after weeks everybody "forgot" what happened.
That's why people are surprised and shocked, maybe they never saw the truth and the result changing in a contests; but here on Funtibia the things are a very different.

But when we participate in a contest you must read the rules well.
Do not you have won the competition, does not mean that his art was not good. For the idea also has to be good.

Im sorry but the first place should have been disqualified and you knwo it yourself. The nightmares are just cutted out with photoshop from the cipsoft teaser and turned liek you hold it infront of a mirrow.
And the Doll is aswell just copy pasted and a little shape over it so it looks not 100% same colour as the original one by Li Dao.

You said we can used exisiting monsters ye but existing paintings that we just fit together by copy paste and cut outs?

Some people didn't believed on what I said, but after they hear the same things from Cip saw that was the truth. Many ppl can think that is unfair and insulted me, so for them read the reply sent by CIP.
Cip already told me the answers they give for the ppl that replied. And I dont know if you got that answers but I will copy some for you:

- There is no law that if a 2nd place gets disqualified, the third place
winner moves up to the second place. There are many possibilities to
deal with something like that. One option is that the other winners move
up one space, as participants suggested, another would be to simply have
no second place then at all, a third option is to re-evaluate winners -
and there are surely many others....

- I also told them that you have the right to exclude people from your
fansite, that you don't have to take insults, however, that you should
try to maintain a friendly tone yourself, which I think you did here.

Somethings if you want to have, you should give too. So if you wanted my respect you should had give me respect. I never was disrespectful with you, and never created thread to say bad things about you, or a fansite.
I can assume that I'm being ironic with you, but never disrespectful.
And to end this...
Sorry but here on funtibia you will have nothing!
