Why is it possible to use fire runes/attacks underwater?
Cause quaras suffer a lot by players all days... At the server save time, when servers shut down, they take advantage to relax and make a Barbecue Shrimp... The fire was the only condition they asked for Cipsoft to continue their work underwater... AM I LYING??? well.. as far as i see, their shrimp are so tasy, so EXPLAIN THIS !!

It's possible because these are only extensions of the hotness from the players themselves, and everyone knows Tibian players are as hot as they come.......but I can only speak for myself  .

When it is possible for other characters to hear voice of my super duper rox character thru the water's molecules and ocean's atmosphir *yelling* LEAVE, I'M HUNTING HERE >.>, so why should exist any contraindications about me using fire runes/ attacks underwater ? *wink* xD

remember, Cipsoft just do not know the sky, only the fire and hell!...but, the fire does not matter!!. I only pray that I can not bear mount choke

All water of tibia has no power. Otherwise I could easily kill a fire elemental with a bucket of water.

Its quite simple actually. Tibia's programmers did not originally intend to include underwater spawns in the game, and thus did not plan for this inevitable question. The question is not why can we use them, it's why can we see the fire underwater?
Tibia is full of oversights, when we accept that we are addicted to the game we learn to accept all of its eccentricities along with getting to blast our enemies into a fiery underwater grave.
And yesterday i decided to ask Thul himself by tossing a fireball at him. His dieing breath was mmm THATS a SPICY meatball!

Cuz quaras likes grilled food, gotta feed them somehow.. actually they are having secret grill partys all around under the water, but they are fast enought to extinguish it so noone will know..
Ever wondered why thers so many ship wracks in calassa?

A long time ago, after a few beers at the Mirabell's tavern in Edron, two crazy inventors called Spectulus Telas received a direct order from the king to invent a method to block the constant invasion of Quaras in Tibia Lands. The scientists decided to use a rune of fire that had manipulated with lava and rocks in the depths of hell and delighted with the help of Wyrdin the magician.
They asked the Captain Seahorse to help bring them to the infinite realm of water, "The Quaras kingdom". After getting lost in the darkness of the ocean, they suffered a severe attack of the army of Quaras and when hope seemed asleep, The Rune bathed in the flame of death got a huge brightness capable of evaporating the last drops of despair that was there, stokin for a moment, the darkness of the ocean, saving the land of the dreaded army navy Edron.
After returning safely to their lands, Telas and Spectulus were received by King Tibiannus.
The king asked the scientists 'Braves, How you saved our lands?'
Scientists said,'With our imagination. This is Tibia!'

Where's fire theres a tibia player. So the fire takes away oxygen from the divers helmet to not get extinguished.

Wait, WHAT ?! our Tibian mounts are able to walk on the ocean's floor without helmet of the deep!!! this prove that the Tibian water isn't real and FAKE!!1!! thats why it's possible to use fire attacks/runes.. \o/
