Question 5: How NPC can talk to 100 players at the same time?
In reality NPC's are real people that work to CipSoft, they can relax just 10 minutes per day (server save time), and their vacation happens when Tibia is updating.
In the past NPC's just talked with one player at the same time, and that work had to be shared by 3 people per NPC (Day - Afternoon - Night) because it used to take too long to assist all costumers one by one.
But in 2008 Europe was suffering because of the crisis, and CipSoft had to fire 30% of their employees, so they decided that they had to fire all NPC's and hire just 1 non-lif... I mean person... per NPC and they had to assist all their costumers at the same time because it would be a faster attendance and CipSoft would spent less.

NPC can talk with multiple characters because of multiple jaws wich were introduced with one of an update when a boss of Cipsoft got false teeth for birthday.

A NPC has the same power as Charles Xavier from X-Men. He talks with us using his mind in which from being super-endowed, he can differ the voices from each player, talking and listening many players at once.

In fact, the NPCs are a illusion. You are talking to trained telemarketing agents that are located in a call center India. They answer each player individually, and since they are over 1,2kkk, no tibian will never have to wait to talk to a NPC.

At the beginning of the tibia gms recorded a few words like hello, bye, trade, mission with they cellphones, and then gave a copy of the recording to each npc in tibia. So when we talk twith them, they does not reply, they just play the recording. They can talk to 100 players because they have a lot of cellphones, but how they got them, it's a topic for another day...

Because Npc's are androids that came from the future in order to dominate the world, they act as sellers to gather money! And they walk around tibian places in order to get info about all the players! xD

Well, if you noticed, there is a classroom at the magic academy in Edron; all NPCs are required to take classes at the academy to learn how to be invincible and how to deal with multiple people at once. It's all magic. This also explains why the servers are offline for so long during new patches and updates, it's because the new NPCs are taking their classes... and sometimes if an NPC is slow at learning, the servers are offline for even longer than anticipated. So, next update when it's taking forever for the servers to come back online, don't blame Cipsoft... blame those few NPCs who just can't get their magic correct!

Its how the programmers think anyone should be. Due to the reduced staff Cipsoft has, the employees are required to multi task, therefore since all they see is people working on many different things at the same time, they designed the NPCs to work as they do. Besides talking to 100 people at the same time is not the only thing they can do, they'll also put your order in backpacks if required, do maths and figure out your change, check your capacity, etc in a matter of seconds.

It's on the NPC contract so they don't have any other choice than do so, otherwise they might lose their jobs.
