Question 1: Why is there no sky in Tibia?
Answer: Gods never created sky so that tibians would never be tempted to look up, get distracted by fluffy clouds and then get eaten by a random hungry monster with bad breath! Or fall in a random dark hole without a torch! Or getting PK-ed by random kind loot-loving-stranger! Or... well you get the idea!

Actually, there's a sky on tibia. And it's beautiful of course, otherwise, what would make your character never stop to look up?

We use fireworks in the ground. So a brazilian music is correct: "O céu está no chão" (The band called Skank - Translating: The sky is in the ground). So, we use the fireworks in the ground because the sky is in the ground.

wouldn't make sense, imagine the sun getting in character, it being tan, or a flood in Ankrahmun, the character also can not look up, wouldn't make a difference whether or not unless my char can look to sky

Cipsoft briefly considered a "reverse view" proposal--this would allow players to see a sky, sun, and Tibian characters walking above the viewer on an invisible floor. Unfortunately, the idea was deemed incompatible with the newly wed outfits update.

Well, there is already hard to kill a dragon lord or run away from Tiquanda's Wasps while they are on the ground... Imagine if there is a sky for them to fly

there is sky, you just can't see it until you're level 999 and you go through the Banuta level door
then you start at level 1 in the secret 3D Tibia where you can see the sky!
