Nowadays slow is only the poor turtle (or not).
Tibia with advanced technology (of course), talk with 50, 100 at same time is a kind of make more money in a short time and without queue.
being the rule "the more, the better" $.$
Who is stupid to not do that?

Question 5: How NPC can talk to 100 players at the same time?
in npc test, each one needs to hear mirade for about 2 hours, if he can, probably have the ability to listen to 100 players with ease.

We can't jump cause there is no gravity, so we would jump and go to sky... But wait, there is no sky in Tibia, I'm confused now LOL 
And we can't sit cause aways there is a cat following you, so you would maybe crush the cat. Also we don't have time to rest, we need xpxpxpxpxp

We can actually sit in our mounts, and theres a quest in edron that you have to jump across a big gap to deal with a troll that smashed a house with a big rock !
But I'm only joking.... 
We don't sit because is so much cool to stand up on chairs, we all should try it at home.
(And we don't jump because we are playing Tibia, and not Super Mario.)

We cant jump cause if we could, the water around the Spike Sword in Rookgard would be full of drowned bodies that tried this trick
We cant sit cause the programmers know how much bad for health is sitting for long time... and they dont want the same problem for we, the players

We can't sit because of bad joints, we always must be standing straight and we must never bend our knees for such a silly reason as sitting.
As for jumping, well this isn't super mario! Imagine if we could jump over Pythius into his treasure room and gather all his goodies, or jumping over the bank counters to rob the banks. With the power of jumping we would have no problem jumping into the water and swimming across to access the almighty sword of fury in Rookgaard, or jumping over PVP opponents. Criminals would be jumping through the streets and we would have no way to trap them! The balance of Tibia would be ruined and we would be in chaos!

We can't jump, because brave warriors with heavy armors, shields, weapons and backpacks (full of other backpacks and other heavy armors) would look stupid while jumping on meadows like little girls and unicorns.
Every furniture in Tibia is dirty, because everyone is walking on it... In Tibia there is no employment agency, so there are no charwomen, and there are any cleaning supplies, so we can't clean it... And we're not sitting because we don't want to make our legs dirty!

We can't sit because if a respawn is slow, we could bring some chairs and wait it calmly, which isn't what Cipsoft want.
They want us to get exp and kill ourselves. LOL

they don't let us sit, but they creared chairs, we should sit on game to wait for betters updates
about jumping, what happens if 5 fat chars start to jump? well, an earthquake gonna happen lol

We also can't jump because it would be power abused by people who played Mario. They would try jumping on monsters head and smashing it in one step.

well, actually we CAN jump and sit down. but unfortunately, tibia is 2D,so we cant notice that we are jumping... and we sit when we log out, or do you think our characters wait us to come back standing up?
