But the jump was removed from the tibia because the large incidence of theft on houses and shops.
Robbers jumped the windows and balconies to steal and the King Tibianus and Queen Eloise decreed the jump would be banned, and who jump would have lost his head.
But who says we can not jump for a good cause?
I jumped in edron, one mountain for a good cause to help my friend, called Jerome.
The trolls destroyed the home of the poor Jerom.
and when he now planned to open a new store! I helped him to get revenge on the evil trolls who did this to he.
And then I became known as the guy who done, "The Troll Sabotage".

Question: Why can't we sit and jump in Tibia?
Answer: Because the supplies and the set of armor are too heavy, then the character can't get impulse to jump and If he sits then he won't have strength enough to get up ... that's too embarrassing.

Sitting is dangerous in Tibia... imagine you are sitting outside and someone lures a rotworm (the old rotworm - the hole in the floor with a mouth). It would cause a severe butt problem for all the tibians!
And in fact we can jump (just like in the Troll Sabotage quest), but I believe tibians think that is dangerous - imagine you are jumping outside and someone lures a rotworm (the old rotworm - the hole in the floor with a mouth). jumping on it would mean no more boh, no more feet, maybe no more knees...

Of course we can sit at tibia, when we mount at undead cavebears, panda, etc, we sit or not?!..If you are saying about sit on chairs or floor, Okay you'r right we don't sit, but because the chair and floor is so hard, comparing to our fluffy mounts.
And about the "jump", I know magic...I can do magics...I can levitate...I don't move my legs to get higher...I just say some words like "EXANI HUR UP".Why would I want to jump? No sense.

no there is the option to sit down because of Santa Claus, because everyone would sit on your lap or legs at Christmas
and there is no jump to avoid countless rock'n'roll concerts

Why can't we sit and jump in Tibia?
Well we are not allowed to sit becasue our characters have to keep active, i mean they eat all day to regain man and healt, now if they were able to sit they would get fat and slow.
And secondly who needs to jum when you can levitate??

We aren't allowed to sit down because there is no time for sitting and lounging in Tibia!!! And we cannot jump because Tibian characters are all white...and as the movie says, "White men can't jump".

is not true that we can not sit, when we set up a bear are sitting.We can not jump because there are no objects that can be jumped

We can't sit because we never go to the toilet. Probably we are doing our "stuff" to our outfut. If we sit, we could blur our "products" and could be worse. If we jump, all "products" will fall on the ground through our pantlegs.

We cant jump because, noob's from thais can jump on your shoulders and they can enter to pacc area ;o
We cant sit because, we can lie down when our health have 0 point.

characters are often on fiery places, veins get dilated with heat... probably every char has hemorrhoids and that's why they can't sit.
and who needs to jump when it's possible to "levitate" ?

People sit cus they are tired of walking, people jump cuz they cant reach other ways!
