Yes i know, i just want to tell you that you did all wrong on this contest. You can't say that you don't consider that as a present because it is a present.
Have a lot of problems on this contest even with the choose a friend.
This is the worst contest i ever join. Change for the next contest because you'll need it. |

Summarizing your disqualification, it's about the rule 2a and 2b.
The rules that have on Tibia.com also apply here on Funtibia.

I have never broken any of the rules you stated above.
Yes, I did complain about how some things in the contest were vague and misleading but I never posted any insults towards you and neither did I spam you.
Please provide proves that your accuses above are correct , until then I will keep fighting for my rights in this contest.

Some people didn't believed on what I said, but after they hear the same things from Cip saw that was the truth. Many ppl can think that is unfair and insulted me, so for them read the reply sent by CIP.
Cip already told me the answers they give for the ppl that replied. And I dont know if you got that answers but I will copy some for you:
- There is no law that if a 2nd place gets disqualified, the third place
winner moves up to the second place. There are many possibilities to
deal with something like that. One option is that the other winners move
up one space, as participants suggested, another would be to simply have
no second place then at all, a third option is to re-evaluate winners -
and there are surely many others....
- I also told them that you have the right to exclude people from your
fansite, that you don't have to take insults, however, that you should
try to maintain a friendly tone yourself, which I think you did here.
Somethings if you want to have, you should give too. So if you wanted my respect you should had give me respect. I never was disrespectful with you, and never created thread to say bad things about you, or a fansite.
I can assume that I'm being ironic with you, but never disrespectful.
And to end this...
Sorry but here on funtibia you will have nothing!

If you're talking about my thread on the tibia.com forums breaking any of the rules you are wrong. Why you might ask? WELL because if they broke any rules I would have been banished or at least been getting a notation, I did not. You said Your rules are the same as Tibia.com rules..
so I'm just asking you again, where is the proves of me to get disqualified for the contest, or is this all just about you not being able to take some normal criticism?

She never insulted you. Questioning results is something you should accept. It is a valid way to express your opinion. If you cant handle such crticism then I have to tell you to grow up and stop being a kid.
She never spammed either btw.
So sorry to tell you, but you are just giving cheap excuses to disqualify someone who tried to raise her voice.
Be sure that after this stupid mistake you are making people will remember your actions. And probably ruin your further contests. |
