After winning a nightmare doll on a certain contest, my login attempts got rejected (password is incorrect) in the fansite website. When I tried to request a new password to be sent to my email, it said: invalid email.
We had to send a PM to the administrator with the name of the city we wanted to receive the prize. So I got really SCARED, because I had not been hacked and this had happened only on that website.
Well, when I looked at my profile on that fansite my character name and world had been changed - who did this wanted to steal prize.
Desesperated, I created another user named Rasunik2, but misteriously it has been deleted some minutes later.
I contacted TibiaBR admin to ask for help (he posted about it in the internal board for admins) and also sent an email to the administrator of the fansite.
I got a comforting reply from him that he was really concerned about that and that I should add a comment to my character's page saying where I would like to receive prize.
I did this, but meanwhile (that is wierd) a guy from the fansite staff contacted me in-game and after I tell him the history he helped me to get my account (in the fansite) back.
After that, he asked for my email and guess what? He offered a level 200 character for my nightmare doll. Of course I didn't accept it.
After some days I got the prizes.
This was the last reply I got from the fansite admin: The person that messaged you is and he is a staff member, I did
not know until he messaged me today. With regards to your account
being deleted I have been told that one of my staff members left his
computer on while one of his friends gave admin rights to someone
else, it is believed that this person deleted your account, I have
since removed all admin rights while I go through logs to decide how
and who made the changes.
I apologies for the issues you have had I hope you can accept my apology.
I will be sending request soon for prizes to be sent out.
