Compensation for Recent Login Problems
During the last one and a half week, players had to suffer from login problems due to technical issues at one of our service providers.
Together with our partners, we were doing our best to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. Logins are now working again and the technical issues have been fixed.
We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you and the impact it had on your gaming experience.
In order to make amends, all players who logged into the game between April 30, 10:00 CEST, and May 09, 10:00 CEST, will receive a Double XP/Skill voucher of 7 days. This voucher will be assigned to your account in the course of the day. It can be activated by you via your account management page whenever you like.
