Introducing the Tibia Support Webinterface

Dear Tibians,
today we have an important announcement to make: Very soon, we will add a new section to our Tibia Website that will allow you to contact our support team directly via this site! No more bothersome switching to your mail client before you can write us an email - simply click on the all-new "Get Help" button in section "Support", select "Create New Ticket" and off you go!

Once you have confirmed your request, a support ticket will be created and forwarded to our support team, where it will be processed as usual. You will be notified on the site as soon as you have received a reply. All existing tickets will be shown in a new, dedicated section at the bottom of your Account Management Page.

Please note that you must be logged into the game to create support tickets via the Tibia website. However, don't worry if you do not have a Tibia account, or if you have lost access to yours - you will still be able to contact our support team via email. Requests made via email may take longer to process than those made via the Webinterface, but they will be processed just as reliably.
