On April 19, 2018 the following game worlds will be merged:

The wizards Furb of Fun, Feiz of Power, and Fern of Nature are back in the land of Tibia, competing for the votes of the Tibian citizens. You can now decide again who is the most popular wizard among them in your game world.
Starting with today's server save, various monsters will drop envelopes with red, blue, or yellow powder. If you want to know how to colour yourself and mix colours, check the letter that is included in the envelopes.
During the competition, you will receive bonus points, which you can trade with these three supporters of the wizards after you have chosen your colour.
Use the bonus points to get your own chess box if you did not possess one yet. If you have one already, you can complete your set of Zaoan chess figurines made of jade and obsidian.
Time to decide which team you go for since each of the three offers a different special reward. Depending on the wizard with the most followers on your game world on March 23, server save, your world will benefit from one of the following rewards for one week:
- Furb of Fun (orange): The shared experience bonus in party mode will be raised by 30%. The chance to successfully sculpt from ice cubes and marble will be multiplied by 10. Also, fireworks rockets, party trumpets, snowballs and party hats can be found in all the creatures which dropped envelopes.
- Feiz of Power (violet): The majority of spellcaster creatures such as ice witches or draken spellweavers, for example, will give 25% more experience points. In addition, the skill bonus of berserk and bullseye potions will be raised to +7, and the shielding decrease will be set to -8 instead of -10. The magic level bonus of mastermind potions will be raised to +5.
- Fern of Nature (green): All health and mana potions will be enhanced by 10%.

New Store Interface, Mounts and Features With today's update the Store received a new interface. Similar to the Options menu, the Store now offers a better structure and layout.
 In addition to a search function and new sorting options, you now also have the possibility to let your character try out all available outfits and mounts in a preview function. You can even see how your character's movement would look like in the game with the outfit and mount of your choice.
Three new mounts have been added to the Store as well!
For centuries, humans and monsters have dumped their garbage in the swamps around Venore. The combination of old, rusty weapons, stale mana and broken runes have turned some of the swamp dwellers into gigantic frogs. Benefit from those mutations and make the Marsh Toad, the Sanguine Frog, and the Toxic Toad faithful mounts for your adventures even beyond the bounds of the swamp.
Apart from the redesign of the Store, we also adjusted the way the scavenge charm works. From now on, this charm also increases the chances of successfully dusting vampires or demons.
Last but not least, we added a new function to the prey system. If you have selected a lucrative monster as prey, you can now activate "Automatic Bonus Reroll". This means that the respective bonus is always rerolled up just before the time runs out and the lucrative monster remains. Keep in mind, this only works as long as you have enough bonus rerolls in stock.

Discontinuation of Windows XP and Vista Support We would like to inform you that we will end the support of Windows XP in late April 2018. From then on, the Tibia client will no longer run on Windows XP.
In addition, Windows Vista will no longer be supported as well. The minimum system requirements for Tibia will be raised to Windows 7.
The vast majority of Tibia players has already upgraded to newer versions so this change will not affect them.
If you still use Windows XP or Vista, we recommend upgrading to a newer version since Microsoft has already ended the official support for both Windows XP and Vista for a while now.

Bugfixes and Content Changes
With today's server save we have released a new client version. The following things have been fixed:
- Players with an US phone number should now be able to receive a SMS with the verification TAN for our new recovery TAN system.
- Scrolling through long Market histories, should no longer cause FPS drops.
- Using the action bars should no longer cause FPS drops.
- We removed several unobtainable items from the Cyclopedia.

Double XP and Double Skill Weekend
It is time for the first Double XP weekend in 2018. Sharpen your swords and axes, stock up on runes and make sure there are enough arrows in your quiver. Turn lakes and rivers red with the blood of your opponents and take your experience and skills to a new level.
Between the server saves of March 09 and March 12, all monsters will yield twice the usual amount of experience points, and your skill training, including magic level, will advance twice as fast. The skill progress when training offline will also be doubled.

Redesigned Option Menu & Recovery TAN 
Tibians, who have registered a valid mobile phone number to their account, will receive a recovery TAN via SMS when they order a new Recovery Key. This recovery TAN can be used to change the email address of an account. Please note that the actual Recovery Key will still be sent via postal services.
With today's client update, we implemented a redesigned Options menu, which is now structured in main and corresponding sub categories. If you open the Options menu for the first time, only the most important settings are displayed. Click on "Show Advanced Options" at the bottom to get access to all available options.
The Hotkey menu is now split into the categories "General Hotkeys","Action Bar Hotkeys" and "Custom Hotkeys" and offers a hotkey search function as well as a hotkey for "Combat: Toggle Secure Mode". Please check out the updated Compendium entry in your client to learn more about the hotkey sections.
Last but not least, we added many missing items to the Cyclopedia.
