Sign up for Project: Battle Arena's Playtest Tibians, we would like to invite you to a playtest of Project: Battle Arena, the pre-alpha version of a third-person battle arena game CipSoft is currently working on besides Tibia.
Knight, paladin, druid or sorcerer? Choose the play style that suits you and your team best! Use your hero's skills to your advantage as you capture and control specific locations on the map to overpower the enemy god.
Back in December 2017, we ran a closed test to which some of you were invited. Now we want to give all of you the opportunity to enter the fray in the upcoming playtest:

All you need to participate is to sign up for the test on Project: Battle Arena's website . Registration will be open until the start of the test.
We are happy about everyone who wants to join in. Please note, though, that only European servers will be up and running for this test. So if you are playing from North or South America, for example, you may experience higher latency.

Dear Tibians, we would like to present another dev note to you. We plan to introduce new weapons in the summer update.
Those so-called reaper weapons will differ from the previous items. Coming with their own leveling system, you will be able to level up these new items and make them particularly effective against a specific creature class.
In order to be able to describe this rather complicated topic in an comprehensible way, we have prepared a very detailed dev note with elaborated examples and we would kindly ask you to read it very carefully before you answer the questions!
Until February 26, 10:00 CET you can share your opinion, ideas, suggestions and criticism about this idea with us in the comments.

Slay the invaders to get enough sweet and sugary substances and lure them into the cake extractor machines in Thais, Liberty Bay, Carlin, Darashia, and Edron! Both actions are necessary to enable the bakers near the machines to build a bridge to the legendary cake island.
Once you are on the island, you need to start munching the giant cake - as fast as you can. There is no bite to waste! Time will run out with the server save on February 26. If you manage to polish off the entire cake in time, your game world will be rewarded with 25% more health and mana regeneration and an experience bonus of 50% for seven days.
After your game world is successful, NPC Brutus will visit the cake island and offer you a special reward if you are willing to follow his further instructions. You can also get one of three delicious cupcakesfrom Brutus. The blueberry cupcake completely fills up your mana, the strawberry cupcake will refill your health and the lemon cupcake will increase your distance fighting skill by +10 for one hour.

We really enjoyed reading through the numerous stories that you have shared and would like to thank all participants for the high quality content they have created.
The high amount of brilliant stories did not make the final decision any easier. After many attempts to narrow down the choices, we finally agreed upon our ten favourites:
We would like to congratulate Stone Shory Thunder, Fridori, Knight Wout, Peachpanda, Ishtar Savage, Mathias Bynens, Apocc, Testadura, Anastases and Rafikiki for winning the "Write a Book" contest!
Once the upcoming summer update has been released, your stories will be exhibited in a Tibian library and your character will receive a copy of that book from us community managers. 125 non-transferable Tibia Coins, a set of blessing charms and a CM token have already been sent to your character.

 A new outfit has been added to the Store today!

Bugfixes and Content Changes
 With today's server save, we addressed some minor bugs that accumulated over the last few months. Among others, we fixed the following issues:
- We have reworked the AI of the new summons to make the distance calculation between summon and master more dynamic.
- The epiphany imbuement (magic level) can no longer be added to chain helmets since it is intended for druid and sorcerer exclusive headgear.
- You can now get the Castlemania achievement even if you have lost pages of Marziel's diary. Finding each page, however, is still mandatory.
- Several mounts missed the achievement "Natural Born Cowboy".
- XP gains of nearby players are now displayed above their head again.
- Market History: "Ended Date" entries now show the correct date.
- Several NPC and map issues were fixed.
