 A whole host of new decorative items have been added to the Store. If you are drawn to the continent of Zao and want to bring its flair into your own four walls, wherever they might be, then these new items will help you with that. The Zaoan Furniture includes the Zaoan Cabinet, Katana Display, Zaoan Hassock, and Zaoan Side Table.
 After a long day of adventuring, you can count on the Sleeping Mat to provide you with good sleep and sweet dreams.
 Everyone should have some botanical cohabitants, so why not spruce up your place with a Zaoan Bonsai or Zaoan Pot Bamboo? 
 Created by an unknown master, the Zaoan Drawing invites you and your guests to look at it in silent contemplation.
 Brightening your home is a job for the Zaoan Wall Lamps, which they do in resplendent fashion. 
 A stunning piece of decoration is the Sculpture of a Fox which is sure to catch the eye of anyone with its ethereal nature. 
When bought, these items are directly delivered to you as decoration kits, which can be unwrapped inside your house. The unwrapped decoration items are non-takeable and also indestructible.

 With today's server save, the following balancing adjustments have been implemented (old XP → new XP):
Claustrophobic Inferno: brachiodemon (14080 → 15770), infernal demon (15560 → 17430), infernal phantom (14080 → 15770). These creatures now give 8% more loot.
Rotten Wasteland: branchy crawler (19000 → 17860), rotten golem (19000 → 17860), mould phantom (19500 → 18330). These creatures now give 6% less loot.
Lion Sanctum: werelion (2400 → 2200), werelioness (2500 → 2300). These creatures now give 12% less loot.
Forest of Life: hulking carnisylvan (4200 → 4700), poisonous carnisylvan (3900 → 4400), dark carnisylvan (3900 → 4400). These creatures now give 18% more loot.
Antrum of the Fallen: The eyeless devourer, blemished spawn, and afflicted strider now give 17% more loot.
Grotto of the Lost: The lavaworm, streaked devourer, and lavafungus now give 17% more loot.
Dwelling of the Forgotten: The tremendous tyrant, varnished diremaw, and cave chimera now give 17% more loot.
As always, we will continue to observe how the situation develops and make adjustments to hunting grounds if we deem them necessary.

The Pantibian Festival and Character Trades  Dear Tibians,
the 25 years festivities are still in full swing, and we are happy to see that many players are participating. Part of the activities is of course the collection of Theons, which may lead to entering the Pantibian Festival later this year. In order to qualify, players have to be ranked among the top 50 in the Pantheon Highscore of their respective region. To stay qualified, players in the top 50 have to observe the following:
If a character in the top 50 is traded after the festivities, neither buyer nor seller can join the Pantibian Festival, resulting in one less invitation to the event. Disqualified characters are marked with a red X in the highscore. During the 25 years festivities, character trades do not affect the potential to be invited, but the character trade has to be completed on server save of February 08 at the latest. Theons of a char traded after February 08 are however unaffected by this, they remain with the character and will still be able to be exchanged later on, as explained in the featured article.
Note that a character in the top 50 will be marked with a red X in the highscore if it is available in the Char Bazaar after February 08, but that it will only be disqualified from the Pantibian Festival if the trade is completed. If the trade does not succeed, the green checkmark will return.
At some point before the event, a character backup will have to be taken of qualified characters, similar to the character backup which is taken before the test server. We will inform you about this in time in a news ticker.

 Sharpen your swords and ready your spells, for hordes of monsters are incoming! Another Rapid Respawn Weekend will soon be upon us yet again!
Do not forget to donate enough gold for your favourite hunting ground to take full advantage of the event!
Between the server saves of February 04 and February 07, all monsters will respawn five times faster. Areas with an active improved respawn area bonus yield an even faster respawn time. Save the date!

A new outfit has been added to the Store today!
Being a Ghost Blade means having mastered the way of the warrior. No matter the circumstances, these fighters retain full control over their body and mind, with the sole focus of vanquishing their foe. So great is their ability that they not only control the weapons in their hands perfectly, but two floating blades following them as well.
Once bought, your character can wear this outfit anytime. The outfit is purely cosmetic and does not bestow any benefits.

Streamer Applications for Pantibian Festival The anniversary Pantibian Festival will be an event like no other: For the first time ever, 150 players will have the opportunity to play Tibia together with the founders, the Gods, Stephan, Guido, Durin, and Steve - four spirited adventurers who decided to pursue their dream against all odds and started this unique Tibian journey we have all become a part of.
At some point in spring, the festival will take place on three special game worlds which will only be accessible for players who qualified through the Pantheon. Side by side with the Gods, they will try to accomplish one mission: Beat a fun obstacle course together, at some points maybe even against each other, which has only been created for this special purpose!
In addition to the players who qualified, we also want to invite a few streamers so that they can stream the event for other Tibians to watch.
You are a streamer who has been streaming Tibia for more than a year, and this sounds interesting to you? Here is your chance to apply for one of the streamer spots in the Pantibian Festival:
We will go through all applications and select up to four streamers per region (EU, NA, SA) who will be able to join the event together with a friend they can nominate in the feedback form. While the application has to be in English, streamers are, of course, free to stream in the language of their choice. As mentioned in the featured article, the final date for the event has yet to be chosen, but it will take place during a workday (i.e. Monday till Friday) in the evening (CET or CEST), and at the latest at the end of May. We will also provide more info about the festival itself in time.

Dear Tibians,anniversary image
as many of you know, the new world boss Morshabaal has been bested yesterday on Gentebra – the first defeat of the beast since its introduction. We here at CipSoft were following this epic battle, being engrossed in the display, rooting for the players, and suffering with them through the setbacks. Finally, the last blow was dealt and Morshabaal slain. The substantial excitement over the victory, both among players and ourselves, was however short-lived. As soon as it became clear what the reward was, the elation vanished, and we knew that something had gone wrong.
After an internal investigation we found that a new mechanic did not work as intended and messed with the loot distribution, so that especially players with low participation did not receive what they deserved. We apologise for this mistake which brought a great fight to an unworthy end.
In order to rectify this, we are going to compensate all players who have participated yesterday in fighting the boss throughout the day, for which they will receive the appropriate loot. Morshabaal's loot system will be changed to normal coop loot to ensure that the correct loot is given. Due to how impressed we were with this feat, we will also swap out some of the intended loot, mostly gems and coins, with the new item Morshabaal's extract of roughly equal worth. Tomorrow on server save, these loot changes will go live, and the players will be compensated.
Due to the change to normal coop loot, we will also implement another adjustment next week: If Morshabaal does not receive damage for 40 seconds, all players are teleported out of Morshabaal's dwelling and the participation for the fight is reset. This is to make sure that loot is distributed only among active players.
